A neighbourhood dairy, not a delivery app
Maa Laxmi Dudh Dairy operates out of Patel Market in Bicholi Mardana, Indore. It's a working dairy first — collection, chilling and dispatch happen on-site — and a delivery service second.
The person you call is the person in charge
Pankaj Prajapat started Maa Laxmi Dudh Dairy to do one thing well: get milk from the collection point to your kitchen with as little time and as few hands in between as possible. There's no call centre and no third-party app — if something's wrong with your delivery, you're talking to the person who can actually fix it.
That's also why the dairy stays within a defined delivery radius around Bicholi Mardana rather than expanding city-wide — every route is one the team can personally check on.
What you can expect as a customer
Consistent timing
The same route order daily, so your milk tends to arrive around the same time each shift.
Direct contact
Changes, complaints or pauses go straight to the dairy by phone or WhatsApp.
No standing stock
We collect close to what the day's route needs, not to hit a volume target.
