Delivery Policy

How delivery works day-to-day at Maa Laxmi Dudh Dairy.

Delivery shifts

We run two shifts daily — morning and evening — seven days a week, with no weekly off. You can choose morning, evening, or both when you set up your order.

Delivery areas

We currently deliver to Bicholi Mardana, Bicholi Hapsi, Vijay Nagar, Scheme 78 and Khajrana. See Delivery Areas for details, or ask us if your street isn't listed.

Starting delivery

New sign-ups usually join the next available shift's route once we've confirmed your address. Same-day starts are often possible for areas close to the dairy — call ahead to check.

Missed or incorrect deliveries

If a delivery is missed, short, or not what you ordered, tell us the same day by phone or WhatsApp and we'll make it right on the next shift.

Pausing delivery

Traveling or don't need delivery for a few days? Tell us a day in advance and we'll pause your route and resume it automatically on the date you give us.
