When you call, WhatsApp, or fill our contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, delivery address/area, and the products you'd like. We don't collect payment card details through this website; payments are handled directly (cash, UPI, or through the customer portal).

How we use it

Your information is used only to set up and manage your delivery route, bill you, and contact you about your order. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Customer & Supplier Portal

If you use our online Customer or Supplier portal, your account information (orders, delivery history, bills) is stored securely to provide that service and is accessible only to you and the dairy's admin team.

Third-party services

Our WhatsApp contact option opens a chat through WhatsApp's own app or website; that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Our map is embedded from Google Maps, subject to Google's privacy policy.
