Terms & Conditions

These terms cover orders placed with Maa Laxmi Dudh Dairy, whether by phone, WhatsApp, in person, or through our online portals.

Orders & delivery

Delivery is offered within our current service areas (see Delivery Areas) and is subject to route capacity. There's no minimum order, and no fixed-term contract — you can start, change, or stop your standing order any time by informing us.

Pricing

Rates may vary by product and season and are confirmed at the time of ordering. We'll let you know in advance of any change to your standing order's rate.

Payment

Daily-delivery customers pay per delivery, in cash or UPI. Regular customers may opt into monthly billing, payable by the due date communicated to you.

Cancellations & pauses

You may pause or cancel delivery by informing us a day in advance by phone or WhatsApp. We'll resume your route when you tell us to.

Product quality

If a delivery doesn't meet the quality you expect, let us know the same day so we can make it right — see our Delivery Policy for how replacements and refunds are handled.
